Update: This afternoon, Baton Rouge Police Detectives charged Mouton with an additional charge of Aggravated Burglary and also Sexual Battery which occurred on 1/17 in the Sherwood Forest Subdivision, near Goodwood Blvd. and Sherwood Forest Blvd. The State Police Crime Lab was able to connect Mouton through DNA collected at the Scene.
